Excellent customer service and very professional service technicians. I had a new unit installed in my condo which is in a high rise. They met all the criteria needed by our building manager for the install and did a great job cleaning up as well. Everyone was happy.

Everyone with Air Magic were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, etc. including Kerri, Trevor, Mark, and Dexter. Dexter did the actual work. He did a great job, and was very patient as I asked a lot of questions, which he explained in a way that I could understand.
I've been a regular customer of Air Magic for about ten years now and will continue to be one. Two days ago I woke up to my AC not working and gave Air Magic a call. Carrie answered the phone and immediately pulled up my information before I even finished identifying myself. She said she would do her best to get Everton over as soon as he would be available. She must have re-arranged appointments because she called me again at 11:15 telling me Everton could be there by noon. As Everton walked from his truck he was greeted by some of my condo neighbors who were equally happy to see him, even when they didn't require service! In no time he diagnosed my problem (high pressure reading meant my coils were clogged with gunk from the well water). As always, he taught me as he did his inspection, something I appreciate as I know nothing about those machines. He wrote up a quote on his tablet, and in two seconds I had the quote on my email. I told him that I believed my condo association was responsible for this and I would have to check with them to approve the estimate. I forwarded the estimate to my condo assoc and an hour later I had approval, and was even told that Air Magic's quote was slightly cheaper than another company who had done some other units. Another call to Air Magic and this time Bob, the owner, answered and after a nice chat and his answering some of my questions about my AC, he gave me to Carrie, who, again, did her best to try to rearrange Everton's afternoon schedule to get back to mine. While she couldn't get him back that afternoon, it was evident that she had tried her best as she gave me two call backs to keep me informed. Everton came first thing the next morning and did about 35 flushings of my coils! He showed me all of the debris that came out with each flushing. Tedious work. I thought after about 20 flushings that the water was clear enough, but not Everton. He did about fifteen more until he was satisfied. As Everton parted, he again was greeted by more of my neighbors. His work confirmed why he carries rockstar status with my neighbors. As I write this (24hrs later), I can report that my humidity reader shows my condo has only 46% humidity, down from the 60% I had for the past few months! I, and my piano, are so pleased. Late in the day on June 18th we realized our AC was not cooling properly - As we just recently moved to Fort Lauderdale, I contacted the president of our HOA to ask for a referral for an AC company - His said he and several others in our building used Air Magic and gave me the number - By this time it is after 7pm, however I called and a very nice lady said they had a technician that was going to be at our building the next morning and he could come to check our system as soon as he finished. Mark arrived before noon the next morning and had our system cooling in a very short time. He said the problem was a clogged condensation line - explained to us the best temperature to keep the thermostat set on and what to try the next time it stopped to cool before calling for service. The charge was $150, which I thought a little on the high side, however Mark was great and the fact that this company is very reliable means a lot.
Being away from the summer, the FPL electric bill showed very limited usage for May. I called Air Magic - they investigated and solved the problem the same day I called.
I am so very happy with Air Magic and can't say enough great things about them. They were so wonderful about helping my Dad, who is a disabled veteran, concerning the AC for a renovation project that was partially funded by the VA to make his home more handicapped accessible. Air Magic completed the job beautifully and then agreed to wait for payment from the VA which was delayed for months. The owner of the company, Bob, and the office manager, Kerri, were so understanding of our situation. Thank you!!! Kerri was so helpful in communicating with the VA inspectors and representatives. Her communication with me via email and by phone was stellar too. My Dad also has an AC maintenance service contract with Air Magic and they always exceed our expectations. Everton's attention to detail is amazing and he thoroughly inspects every bit of the system when he comes out for maintenance. Everton is a true expert in his field with excellent customer service and communication skills in addition to being so reliable and knowledgeable. Dexter has come to my Dad's home too and he was wonderful too. Also, when we had an emergency, I called Air Magic around 9 pm at night on Saturday and to my amazement, my call was answered immediately by Kerri who was very helpful. Kerri and Lynn have always been so professional and caring when I have spoken with them over the phone. When I first started looking for an AC company for my Dad's home, I got estimates from several other AC companies in town. Air Magic's prices were the lowest. Air Magic is the best AC company I have ever encountered and I feel lucky to have found them.
Anthony was very polite and explained everything he was going to do on the service call. He was also the individual who installed our new unit last year, so he was very familiar with equipment.
