The office staff provided information on what I could check myself prior to setting up the appointment. They contacted me when the technician was on his way. Technician, Everton, was not only courteous, but informative as well. I learned a few things to look out for in the future. Turns out my unit was low on freon which he added. AC is up & running nicely.

Review
Our Air conditioning system starting buzzing one morning and had no air flow. I called Air Magic as they had serviced us before and they had a serviceman at the house within 4 hours who diagnosed a burned out fan motor and was able to secure a new one (our replacement motor was no longer made) and installed it so we didn't have to suffer in heat over the Labor Day weekend. The repairman was totally professional and gave us great service. I'm very glad I used Air Magic for our emergency service
