Never have to worry about or wondering if they will show up. Always during or even before the window that is provided they are there knocking on the door. Met 3 of the technicians and they have all been so friendly explaining things along the way. Highly recommend this company.

Anthony took the extra time to explain everything to me in a professional & kind manner. He even explained how to prevent the coils from backing up. Lastly, he showed me the unit on the roof & what to look for moving forward with the wires. This is the 2nd time Anthony has come to my home & it’s always a pleasant experience with him.

Tech was on time for regular maintenance appointment … careful and considerate. Air Magic is a great company … four yrs ago they installed, then serviced, a new HVAC unit in our previous apartment … they will now will maintain the unit in our new place. They take good care of their customers!!
