The technician Troy was very respectful and professional. He performed the maintenance cleaning quickly and informed me of what he was doing. I was shown photos of what he had done. I was given an assessment of the condition of my unit.

Tech was on time friendly and efficient. Also kudos to the woman who answers phone and sets appointments. Very happy with Air Magic service.

Anthony did a wonderful job servicing my air conditioner in rough molded conditions. i was glad to see safety first and wore his mask at all times . He checked all aspects of the PM he was performing and keep me updated during the process.
