Good value and tech was efficient. I requested info/pricing on adding an ac line/vent to master bath in our small condo and haven't got call back yet (2 days ago). Also, tech didn't change filter, so we had to do this ourselves.

My ac was getting old and i knew i would probably need a new on soon. I saw Troy one day in my complex and got him to come give me an estimate. He was very polite,knowledgeable and professional. Normaly i would have gotten a few estimates. Butafter checking them out and seeing they have a 4.9 rating. I hired them. They handled everything from permits to forms from my HOA and maintenance Co. my maintenance company has something left to be desired in the customer service area. Everyone idealt with at Air Magic Lynn,Kerri Troy and JC (sorry I forgot your name). You were all Fantastic. Every time I stopped by the office they were very welcoming (even Piper). Thanks guys.
